If you are in the 14534 area, we will drop it off. If you are not in that area, we will ship it to you. For returns, we will come pick it up if you are in the 14534 area — just leave it in the bag we sent it to you in. If you are not in that area, we will provide stickers to put on the box, and you will send it back to us.
Yes! Sign in, go to "My Rentals," find your rental, and click "Extend Rental." You can extend by up to 7 days or by 1 week, once per rental.
Yes! As long as every piece is accounted for, the set and pieces are in good condition, and the set is returned on time, your full deposit comes back to you.
Late fees will keep being deducted from your deposit until it runs out — at that point, the set is yours to keep and no further charges apply. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Current due date:
Grace Period: You have a 2-day grace period from the official return date. No late fees apply during these first 2 days.
Late Fees: Starting on day 3, a daily late fee equal to double the standard daily rental rate will be deducted from your deposit.
Missing Pieces: If a piece is missing when the set is returned, we will charge the price of the piece plus the shipping cost from your deposit.
Accumulation: These late fees will accumulate daily until the set is returned or the deposit is completely depleted.
Maximum Charge: If the set is not returned, late fees will continue to deduct from your deposit until the deposit balance reaches zero.
Ownership Transfer: Once your deposit is fully depleted, no further charges will apply, and you may keep the building block set as your permanent property.
